Wednesday
My Wednesday routine starts at 6:45 am. Reach the office gym at 7:20 am with car air-con off for body warm-up. Examples of some machine names, leg extension-as if one could lengthen one's leg, ha ha, back extension..hmmm would look funny if it works.
Every Wed we have breakfast in the office from a common money pool. Today the food was from Amoy hawker centre 2nd floor, chai tau kway, mee pok etc. Sometimes we get the famous Yong's soon kuey. After makan we talk shop b4 our 9 am meeting. We discussed how someone was setup to get drunk at a wedding we all attended on Monday evening. Then everyone claimed they nevet got drunked b4 including me, true true. Anyway the antidote as told to me is to drink water with sugar or salt b4 u retire to bed, as much as u can. The side effect of being drunk or rather one sign is, you be very nauseous. Then we talked abt the rich and famous buying at Christie's and this very expensive project in New York going for US$10 million and up for each apartment!
Biz meeting we talked about the price of oil at US$64 dollar per barrel, US and Jap interest rates slightly higher and the US dollar in a tight range.
