THE SPA
Just back from hotel gym which is actually called THE SPA and opened to the public as most came in fully clothed and me with my shorts and tee shirt. There's a heated pool and everyone, guys and girls wore a black cap when swimming; never seeen this b4 cept at competition,some classy practice....?
Okie running out for brunch with my 2 colleagues at the fish market,den shopping and tom morning heading for Beijing.
Met a Mr Dai(big in Jap),a govt official and ate at a restaurent named Dai yo, serving non-meat dishes. Healthy huh...it wasn't planned...din noe it was kinda veg till we got there haha.
