The Fed raised rate by ¼% as expected an the press release was interpreted as more hawkish as indications are higher rates still possible. Stocks got sold, US long rates were higher and as was the US dollar. To introduce a technical jargon; the yield curve steepened; this means the longer end 5 to 10 yrs went up more den the front end, 1 to 2 yrs.
