Haha Roses is e town where El Bulli is situated. Found out today dat it's rated e number 1 restaurent in e world. It's situated bout 2 hrs north of Barcelona where we are now. Of course we cudn't get a table. There are 100,000 on e waiting list! Was atold 2nd best is Fat Duck near Oxford n 3rd French Laundry in Napa valley. What strange names. E 1st two do molecular cooking n are e best. Oh El Bulli means The Bull..haha.
