San Sebastian

Traveling in Spain with 2 other frens. San Sebastian is the gastronomical capital of e world. There are more Michelin star rated restaurants here than in Paris! A lot of the dishes are done molecular style. E.g. olives are broken done and then reconstituted. Similarly foie gras into little pearls like salmon eggs. We dined at Akelarre, 2 stars and Martin Berasategui, 3 stars. Ate up to our eyeballs literally. Hahahaha. Visited the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, a fascinating building by Frank Gehry.
